Magnetoelectric (ME) multiferroics have attracted enormous attention in the past years because of their high potential for applications in electronic devices And their ME effect can be realized by the product effect of the piezoelectric phase and magnetostrictive phase. The ME effect is defined as the dielectric polarization of a material in an applied magnetic field, or an induced magnetization in an external electric field, which can be expressed by a parameter αE = δE/δH [6]. The ME effect makes the conversion between electric energy and magnetic energy become possible, and provides opportunities for potential applications in multifunctional devices
