El Ángel de la Independencia es el nombre popular del Monumento a la Independencia, que fue construido por el entonces presidente Porfirio Díaz para conmemorar el centenario de la independencia de México.
El monumento se encuentra en la glorieta que está en la confluencia del Paseo de la Reforma, Río Tiber y Florencia y fue inaugurado en 1910.
El Ángel de la Independencia está ubicado a ocho minutos del Centro Histórico y a tan solo 2 minutos de los Bosques del Chapultepec, en la esquina oeste de la Zona Rosa.
